Those who have tasted our juice tell us they'd never had such a delicious pomegranate juice. They ask us "Why is your juice so much better than whatever else you find on the market?"

Well, we believe this question is misdirected and we can’t really answer it! The reason is quite simple: while we know our way of making our juice, we don’t know how others make theirs. This is how we do it: we buy fruit directly from farmers in California, who do not use any pesticides or fossil-based fertilizers. They’re as organic as it gets but are not labeled “Certified Organic” because there’s a significant cost for the farmers to get the certificate. Next, we process the fruit under strict, medicine-like control (one of us is a biotech expert!).

We do not add anything or do anything to our juice when it is extracted: no preservatives, no sugar, no pasteurization, nada, nothing! We just freeze it right away. That’s why we state on the front label: “Raw, unpasteurized juice, Keep cold/frozen” and “This product has not been pasteurized and may contain harmful bacteria, causing serious illnesses in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune system” on the back label. The latter is a mandatory statement, sanctioned by the US Food and Drug Administration, for any unpasteurized juice.
